Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.13 Build 20231226 Rel. 64412

In the last few months the UI on my X20-DSL has changed such that I aam unable to do anything beyond check status.

The Advanced tab shows status information only and there is no longer the optiions to change any settings at all.

I have the most current firmware.

I have reset and setup the device from scratch twice and it is exactly the same.

I have tried 3 different browsers (Brave, Firefox & Edge) and all the same.

Hi, welcome to the community.

the web UI of Deco is mainly used to view the network status and manually update the firmware. If you plan to configure advanced features or modify any network settings, they need to be went through Deco APP.

That has solved the issue.

Do you know why the ability to configure via web UI was removed and vested solely with the app?

Hi, Thanks for the update. I think it is more like a product positioning strategy. Deco Mesh aims for a simple set up and easy management experience.
