Today I received my devices and set them up.

I reconnected all my wifi devices like printer, ip camera and everything. The only devices that I can't get connected are my two air conditioning systems!

The device is in connection mode and I can see the connection on the cell phone, for example. To rule out errors, I switched off the deco devices and turned the WiFi on my router again so that the air conditioning would connect to the app again.

So I suspect the error is in the deco device...?!

The air conditioning needs 2.4. The IP camera too, but the connection worked there. For the air conditioning I then limited the network to 2.4 in the deco app. Without success.

Does anyone have any helpful tips?
