Hi Team,

I have Jio Sim card ( 5G) and it's connecting to Internet and works fine for Data but unable to receive SMS and cannot see any SMS messages in the modem portal.

Also cannot seem to be sending SMS as well. Any ide how to fix this ? My modem is working as Wireless Router Mode with 3G/4G as backup.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

May I confirm whether the router can send and receive SMS normally when it works as 4G/5G router mode?

And it is suggested to take the SIM card out of the router and put it in your phone, make sure VoLTE is disabled, and test whether SMS function works well on your phone.
