Internet access fine from AX53 router but not from any clients
Bought an AX53 to replace my ISP supplied Nokia router.
Tether app says everything is fine, all LEDs are green
From the router diagnostics page I can ping and traceroute to any external address and DNS resolves ok, but no clients can reach the internet.
All clients can connect to each other just not the outside world. This is the same for wifi or ethernet clients and for DHCP or static address.
A ping request from a client to internet just hangs. A traceroute makes it as far as the router (default gateway) but no further.
Everything works perfectly if I plug the old ISP router in, but it's very basic.
It seems like a routing issue, but I can't seem to get to the bottom of it.
Any help gratefully received

Make sure that your ISP doesn't use any specific VLAN for Internet connection:
or ask your ISP if you need to use a router MAC clone feature:

Ah, thanks, but VLAN isn't selected on the old router, and I tried it with the cloned MAC address out of desperation.
It's really got me puzzled.

In this case, if you can direcly replace your ISP router with AX53 and it has an Internet access, it would mean that any device connected by DHCP to the AX53 should have Internet access unless there's some kind of a DNS issue. Double check your AX53 configuration for any kind of mis-cofiguration (Access Control, Parental Controls, etc.).

Thanks for your patience guys, I got there in the end. After following all of the suggestions, and the video I still couldn't get to the bottom of it, so I did a factory reset and started again. Everything is now working as expected. The only difference THAT I AM AWARE OF is that I didn't apply the firmware update.
Obviously if there was a problem with the upadet then it would have affected everyone, and not jsut me.
I will run like this for a couple od days, and the take a backup and apply the update. I'm confident it will be fine.
Once again, thanks for your help, and sorry for wasting your time.
