I bought the Archer VR2100 to replace the BT Homehub 5 which was paired with the BT Whole home 3 disc mesh system. Two of the discs that aren't connected to the router regularly disconnect for no apparent reason. I have factory reset the discs and reconnected them and reset the entire network but the issue still remains. I'm not a huge techie but suspect that the wifi connection between the router and the two remote discs (which are literally 10 metres distance in a small house) Can anyone suggest what the issue might be and how I can resolve the it?

Thank you

Hi, welcome to our community.

My understanding is that VR2100 have a single network and your BT Whole home 3 disc set up a mesh network. If the main  BTW disc node can get stable connection from VR2100, that means the Archer VR2100 works properly.

Not sure the wireless interference caused the problem, if the problem only happens on your satellite disc nodes, it is suggested to contact BT support, as the two nodes are actually connected to your main disc node, right?
