A must have function and it needs to be made much clearer in the literature that it currently is not available.

Iot and guest over easymesh should be available on TP-Link routers!

I am content with the mesh in general (ax73 as master, two ax23, ax12 and mercusys mr70x as clients),

But I am missing iot and guest option!

And it is pretty long time from the demand on TP-Link forum!

Will we be pushed to OpenWRT mesh from TP-Link?

yes, my god! it is insane that this is not supported.

This needs to be delivered! if defeats the purpose of expending the network using easymesh but the guest Wifi is not extended.

i would like to add my vote for this

i just bought and installed two be230 routers, because i wanted to setup one on AP mode and connect it tru the 2.5gb link. i gave mesh a test to find out how good it really was when i discovered most of my IoT devices disconnected. SADLY, all this time, i had a different SSID in the living room than the office (Where my modem and main router was) and i was hoping to have a dedicated IoT network (2.4 only) for them and the regular 5ghz for modern devices (video game consoles mostly) and the MLO just for our tablet and computers. 

Please, implement this ASAP.

Allow IoT to have the ability to be part of the mesh network. WiFi cameras and "smart devices" typically have poor wi-fi connectivity especially in weak or dead spots. Extending the IoT and Guest networks through mesh with the rest of the network would be a winner.  I purchased this router because I thought it had that ability.
