I'm hoping someone here may be able to offer some help!


I have 2 MR600's on different mobile networks (in the UK: one is Vodafone, one is EE).

Both have been working well for many months until a few days ago when one could not connect to the internet. Wifi remains fine. No other changes made, it just stopped the connection.


    I have checked Sim card is connected properly - it is.
    I have rebooted multiple times.
    I have returned to factory settings.

without any success in reconnecting to the internet.


I swapped the Sim card to the other MR600, and it works fine in that.

I put the Sim card from the other MR600 into the first one and it still didn't conext to the internet.


On the Basic Network Map menu it shows:

    Internet status: Disconnected
    Sim Card Status: SIM card prepared
    No IP address showing.

Hi, welcome to our community.

May I confirm what SIM card you used on the MR600 that stopped working before? When did you purchase the router?

It is suggested to follow this guide to upgrade firmware to latest according to the official website, then check whether it will help or not.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

 

The SIm is an unlimited UK Vodafone Sim. I have also tried an unlimited UK EE Sim as well, and neither work.

 

I can't quite remember how long I've had the MR600 for, but it must be year if not longer. It's been working well until a few days ago.

 

I reset to factory configs, then upgraded to the latest firmware, but without any success in connecting.
