Archer C80 - Router stops working intermittently and won't allow connection over wifi or ethernet.
Hi,
I have a TP-Link Archer C80 router which approx. since last 2 months intermittently stops working. The light on the router remains green but no device is able to connect to the wifi and device which are connected over Ethernet are also not able to access the router web ui page so i can check the settings or download logs. I have tried factory reset but it didn't helped.
Although not 100% certain but I think it started happening after firmware update which i did few days before i started seeing this issue. Prior to the upgrade the router worked perfectly without any issues.
When the issue occurs the only solution is to poweroff and power on the router from the switch at the back of the router. Please help as I work from home and while i'm on calls, the issue causes the calls to drop.

May I know, did you set access control for clients? When you access the router's web management interface, is the mobile phone or PC you use also one of the clients?
Regarding similar issues you and Prasenjit have, we may release beta firmware in the near future to try to solve the problem.

@Joseph-TP access control is disabled and Meshz UPnP all unneeded features are disabled. Issue occurs when Samsung M10 device connects to 2.4ghz. but when same device connects to mobile hotspot there aren't any issues. Not sure which config is causing clash here. Channel width tried 20 and 40 both, mode b/g/n and channel selection is left auto. When this happens both 2.4 and 5ghz networks suffer and admin page is inaccessible. Can share logs from router if needed.
