Hi,

I am using a Jio SIM (India) and facing an issue where some websites show the error "This site can’t be reached."

Can anyone help me fix this? When I use another operator like Airtel, all websites work fine. However, with Jio, some websites don’t load.

Examples of websites not working:

Cricbuzz

X

Speedtest

Hi,thanks for posting question here.

1. Does the problem only happen on your certain device or all client devices when they are connected to the router?

2. If you put  Jio SIM card in another phone or 4G router, can everything work properly and all common websites can be opened?

3. You may follow this guide to change DNS for a try.

It is also suggested to contact local technical support for direct  help.

Hey mate, try manually changing the DNS server in your router settings to something like Google's (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare's (1.1.1.1). This often resolves Nbad Inquiry website loading issues with specific networks. Let us know if it works.
