[Feature Request Router] DoH and DoT for TL-WR941HP V1 (UN)
Please TP-Link related department consider implementing a DoH and DoT for TL-WR941HP V1 (UN).
And if possible also "VPN Client".
Those features are really important nowadays to enhance security and privacy.

Sorry that we don't get advanced notice of whether there will be new updates being released or when a feature update will be available for TL-WR941HP. The way we do firmware is that we only release a new version when there is a bug/flaw/vulnerability to patch or a new feature to add, but since I am not in software development, I cannot provide a definite answer. We recommend keeping an eye on our official website for any new firmware updates if there would be any.

I understand you're interested in updating your router to access the latest features. However, the WR941HP V1 may not be able to accommodate these updates.
Think of your router's hardware as the engine of a car. Just as an old car engine can't handle the latest performance enhancements, the WR941HP V1, manufactured in 2016, has limitations in processing power and memory that prevent it from supporting new features.
As always, we recommend considering newer models that already support the features you need, rather than relying on firmware updates for older hardware, as this may not be feasible.

@Kevin_Z something wrong with TP-Link R&D, even Wifi6 routers not all supports DoH and DoT. comeon wifi6 is powerfull enough.. DoT and DoH are only an old feature not a new features that need superrr powerfull hardware!
