Problem with CLOUD, Tether and TP Link ID
Hello, I’m seeking advice. With my Archer NX200 V1 router, I’m unable to log into TP-Link Cloud through the web interface. In the Tether app cant boud router with my TP-Link ID. The login credentials are correct, but when I attempt to sign in, an "unknown" error message appears. If I try to bind the device in Tether, it says, "Unable to bind device. Please try again later."
I’ve already tried resetting the router to factory settings, but the issue persists. Following hotline advice, I changed the DNS gateway, but this didn’t work either. I also reset my password, but still no success. I even created a new ID with a new email address after FACTORY resetting the router again, yet the problem remains. I can, however, log into the cloud through the web. Thanks PEPE
