I have three port forwarding but I cannot mget the last one running properly.
It is a connection to MYSQL on port 3306, but when testing the connectiuon it says Tcp test failed.
It seems that the M4R firewall is the problem, it is there a solution to this problem?

If it is firewall problem of Deco M4, I am afraid another two ports you set up will not work, either.
You may follow this guide to check your settings again. It is also suggeseted to share the screenshots of your settings here.
The port forwarding of Deco network are all based on the same software design, so the rule is the same for all ports.
For your situation, if all the settings are correct on Deco, we are worried that it is the problem of your MYSQL service side. The tcp is probably not working because the server is not returning the packets. The service may be not mapped to port 3306 of the server. Or it may be intercepted by other devices in the middle of the process.
