Archer VX1800v - VPN Stuck at "connecting"
Hello,
I'm trying to set up a VPN on my Archer VX1800v, but it's stuck on the status "connecting" and never fully connects.
This same VPN configuration works without issues on the OpenVPN app on my mobile device, so I know the credentials and configuration files are correct.
Unfortunately, I can’t install VPN software on my computer due to corporate restrictions, so I'm relying on the router to handle the VPN connection.
Does anyone have suggestions or insights into why this might be happening, or how to get the VPN connected on the router?

May I confirm what is your exact network topology? Do you have another PC to check? You may share your VPN configuration file here for our analysis.

I have the VX1800v connected directly to the cable from my VDSL provider. Devices are connected to it immediately after. My OpenVPN settings are 100% functional – tested on clients across multiple devices, and the same configuration works perfectly on the AX3000 without any issues.
Please help! Thank you.
