Model: RE205
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.0.23 Build 230418 Rel.60395n (8583)

Hello, The 2.4G and 5GHz blue lights are missing when EasyMesh is connected to my router. And there is still a single blue light, the single blue light is missing 2.4G and 5GHz what should I do? I have rebooted the extender but the single blue light is missing and the single blue light can still connect to my existing router (2.4G and 5GHz). I may still have a firmware issue and I have upgraded the firmware to the current version. What should I do? The SSID name is correct and the password is correct. Connect to Wi-Fi and the single blue light on the extender is missing, both cannot connect, what should I do? Help me in the help community!

Hi,

Can you get internet normally from the RE205?

If not, you can also reset it and configure it again.
