Dear TP link team,

 

 I have already tried a lot to connect wifi with my device but my Sim data is not working in router. I did try to go in router setting but it was showing 'connection is failed'

Hi,

 

Please check if you have input the password correctly.

And you can let the devices forget the network and try to connect again.

If the wireless devices are not connect to the WIFI, you cannot login to its webpage. In this case, you can use a wired device to login.

 

If there is no wired device, and all wireless devices cannot connect, you can reset the router and try to connect with the default SSID and password.
