My Tiger Wi-Fi with sim, TL-MR150(EU) no longer reconnects to the internet. I have reset the device 2 times and also tried the sim card on other devices and it works.

Please check if the SIM card is detected correctly.
If it is detected but shows no internet connection, you can refer to this thread.
