MR3420 3G/4G router configurtion

HI To All in Forum.
I am Abhishek from India.
Today I have purchased TL-MR3420 3G/4G router.
After unboxing I was trying to configure it as per the quick installation Guide.
I connected the router thru ethernet card to my Laptop and Poweron.
After that I open the web browser and typed the IP address http://192.168.0.1 as instructed,
But the web site is not opening up .I tried in Chrome ,IE and Firefox but getting the message web site not responding or web page not available or site is online but not responding to connection.
My router is power on properly with all the Lights blinking.
I have reliance Net connect and Tata Photon Max connection both EVDO network.
Pls giude me how to configure my MR3420 router.
Need your support.
