Hi,
If your ISP is not willing to help, then you could try the following.
First check if your ISP has instructions on their company website for connecting a third-party router to their Broadband Internet.
If they don't, then log into the web management interface of the Huawei router, look up its "Internet" settings and try to replicate those Internet settings to the "Internet" settings menu of the Archer AXE75.
The web management interface of routers made by Huawei can usually be accessed via the IP address 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.3.1 or 192.168.8.1. (the exact details might be printed on a label on the backside of the router)

The "WAN Information" you copied is not sufficient to determine the Internet connection type. Is there no menu on the Huawei to manually configure the Internet connection? Like a page with drop-down selections and entry fields?

Okay, the screenshot of the menu "Bridge Mode" seems to indicate that the Huawei router is using the connection type "PPPoE" by default, unless the user manually switches "Easy Bridge" mode on.
So you will have to configure the Archer AXE75 to use Internet connection type "PPPoE".
However, "PPPoE" also requires you to enter a Username and Password. Your Username is shown on the "Internet Service" screenshot you posted, but the password is obviously not.
Do you remember receiving Username/Password information from your ISP Truck Telecom? Perhaps some sort of Welcome letter that included this information?
Furthermore, the "Internet Service" screenshot indicates that the VLAN ID for the Internet has to be set to "35".
On the Archer AXE75 this has to be set in the menu "Advanced" -> "Network" -> "IPTV/VLAN". Enable "IPTV/VLAN", set "Mode" to "Custom" and under "Internet VLAN" enable "802.1Q Tag for Internet" and set the "VLAN ID" to 35.

Do you mean you cannot connect to the Internet, despite the Archer AXE75 indicating that it is connected to the Internet? (globe icon with check mark)
I noticed that the setup instructions from your ISP only mention about entering username and password, but don't mention a VLAN ID.
So, you might want to try if removing the VLAN ID setting on the Archer AXE75 and solely setting up PPPoE with username and password makes any difference.

Can you please have a look at the "Status" page of the AXE75 when it is connected with PPPoE and VLAN ID 35?
Do you see IP addresses that look similar to the IP addresses shown by the Huawei router? Does it look similar to the sample screenshot I made up below?

The "IP Address" being different every time you connect is quite normal. No need to worry about it.
The "Status" information on the screenshot you posted looks fine to me. I have no idea why you still don't get Internet.
