Hello,

I have 3 deco M4 working "fine" since years.

I bought 3 deco E4 to extend my network, they are working fine together on a new network, but when I add them into MY network compose of 3 M4, it does not work at all.

They remains offline, even if the led is white. It's not working properly.

After hours of debuging, I just bought 3 new M4 sonI will have exactly 6 x M4, exact same model.

it still don't work.

Impossible to connect 6 m4 properly, i checked and according to tp link it should work fine, even with M4 and E4 on the same network...

they're up to date, I don't know what to do next

any suggestion ?

regards

Hi,

All Deco models are able to work together.

For your case, you can reset the new units and add them to the current network one by one.

How to add an additional unit to your Deco network

And please place the units next to the main router and add them.

  @Sunshine

I already tried EVERYTHING possible, in every way.

Made a network for every bundle of M4 (2 x 4) to update them properly then reseted everyone.

Now I just realised that I have one bundle M4 v2 and the other one is M4 v4.  I don't know if it's could be a problem.

I will cancel my M4 order until I can't do it anymore.

I don't know I found everywhere that we could put different model of deco in a single network, but it seems it's false sincerely.
