1. playing with vectoring did not help

2. issues with connection dropping frequently continues. I already spoke to my provider core tech support and they can not find solution on their end. Given many sismlar reports from other users fo my model I would like you to continue looking into this issue.

Here is the status of my DSL now after it gets disconnected on its own 40min ago:

  @noname1233

Hi, Thank you very much for the update.

May I know how much DSL broadband you are supposed to receive from the ISP?

Would Deco X50-DSL turn red during the disconnection?

-The web DSL status looks fine. Did you restart the Deco before saving the DSL status?

I remembered that I sent you a beta firmware the first time you posted the issue. Have you tried to install the beta version?

Best regards.

  @David-TP

Hi David, thank you for a quick responce. My subscribtion is 100 and as you see I get a little bit more. We tried already with the provider to lower the rate and it did not show any change in behaviour. Most of the times when the connection is lost the router is showing red. sometimes it is still green and then i reboot it.

I have not rebooted it immediately before I took the screenshot I sent previously. At the time I decided to not prusue the FW upgrade as you suggested as it seemed the provider is onto some fix on their side. Apparently only me has left on theie edge equipment on copper.. .every other neighbour is on fiber already. But I dont need more that 100 so do not see a reason to throw away my new shine Deco :)

I would be happt to try to upgrade it. Please send again the link and instructions for reverting in case there is a trouble.
