DECO X50 DSL - Temperature sensor connection problems with smart life

I can't complete the sensor TH08 pairing once the wifi network is paired.
I have made several attempts including using only the 2.4GHz band and changing the security level but the result does not change.
I wasn't able to do any other tests because there isn't access to many parameters from the application.
In the log I see the following error:
