can someone please tell me
which connectors here are used?
and is it possible to connect an other antenna
instead of 1 of the 8
maybe a directional antenna?

Sorry, the antennas can be detachable after further confirmation. It is not suggested to change antennas and sorry that we can not know the connectors.

As I know,the antennas on the router are undetachable. Also, it is not suggested replace any antenna, considering warranty policy.

all 8 are removable
but I do not know which connector it is or if I can replace some with other (better) ones
