Double NAT usually means your home network has another router in front of Main Deco. If this is the case, switch Deco mesh to Access Point mode and double NAT issue will go away: Switching a Deco to Access Point (AP) Mode

@Alexandre. I tired this solution and run into a new problem of it saying I have no connection to the internet now instead as seen above

Sorry to hear this did not work for you. You will need to undo the change, by switching Deco mesh to run in default Router mode. If you can't get access to Deco mesh through Deco app, you may need to reset your Deco mesh and start anew.

How can I reset or reboot my Deco Whole-Home Wi-Fi System?
