Firmware Version: 1.1.7

I bought this router like a month ago and from time to time the internet stops working, but not completely because google websites continue to load. After a restart everything works fine again. This has happened to me quite frequently at the beginning then I reset the router and since then it became less frequent but it is still happening.

I even enabled nightly reboots but the issue happened again.

Is there a solution to it? Can I just return the router under warranty and buy one that actually works?

Hi,

How about the LED status on the Deco unit when the internet drops?

Please also insert the SIM card into your phone or other 4G router to test if the internet is stable.

@Sunshine The led is solid white. Also if I want to I can continue to use google, or do a full meeting on the router using google meet, but when opening any other website it doesn't work. After a restart, everything is back to normal.
I was thinking that I could set the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and see if with that the issue ever occurs but there is no such option for the router.

On another device this issue is not happening.

@Sunshine now it happend again but at least there were 2 weeks where the router worked fine.

It is still really annoying.
