Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.22 Build 230419 RC.36346n

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my TP-Link TL-MR6400 router. My laptop connects to the Wi-Fi network without any problems, but none of my mobile devices (phones, TV) can connect. Here are the details of my setup:

  • The router is configured to use a 4G SIM card (from PLAY) for internet access.
  • Mobile data is enabled, and the internet works perfectly on my laptop.
  • I have disabled MAC filtering, ensured that the APN settings are correct (APN: "internet", PDP Type: IPv4), and the connection status shows "Connected."
  • I have tried resetting network settings on my mobile devices and TV, but they still cannot connect to Wi-Fi.

I followed advice from the TP-Link forum to create a new profile with the PDP type set to IPv4 only, but the problem persists. I also disabled WPS, but no improvement.

Could you help me identify what might be causing this issue and how to fix it?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Please check if the SIM card works normally in devices like another 4G router or cell phone.

Besides, if the router can get an Internet IP normally, you can also change the LAN DNS to Google DNS.
