Model: Archer AX55   Archer AX23
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.3 Build 20240628 rel.37017

I have an AX55 as my main router with QoS enabled and I have another router hardwired upstairs, an AX23, as an access point.

I was wondering why my main router's WiFi has a higher loaded latency, spiking above 100ms as if QoS is not enabled. Whereas my access point upstairs is getting really low loaded latency numbers less than 20ms, working perfectly. It is just the download latency that this is happening on, The upload latency is perfect on both the main router and access point.

  @NotShero

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

It is suggested to turn off QoS on AX55 for a try and follow this guide to troubleshoot.

You may also contact local support for direct help.
