I have had this device for some time. 2 and a half years i think. There where some issues in the past that i was able to fix, but now there is a new issue i can't seem to fix no matter what. For some reason when i do all the steps of connecting my extender to the tether app everything goes smooth without problems.but when i connect my phone or any device to the extended wifi it doesn't work. I can't connect for some reason. I have tried everything you can think of and nothing works. The LED light are all blue so the wifi is on but i can't connect. I looked at my main router and it was on and working so what's the issue? Please can somebody help. Also I'm using it in europe (Belgium) i don't know if that has something to do with it? Maybe updates or something.

  @Sunshine thx!! Your notification made me try one more time and I basically just deleted the cache and it worked again thxxx !!!

Hi,

 

Can these devices connect normally to the main router? Make sure any Mac address filter or Access Control feature on the host Router is disabled.

Please reboot the range extender.

 

If it still cannot work, you can also try to reset and set up again via the webpage.
