Model: EB810v
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I got the router from Starhub 2 weeks again and that's when the nightmare started.

Far from an upgrade, the "no data connection" keeps appearing on the SSID and unable to go online.

Couple of modules riding on 2.4gHz network stops working.

Went through with the tech services from Starhub and it didn't resolve.

My other 3 routers at home works fine 2x AX72 and one eb230.

Wired also no issue.

So its definitely a WiFi connection issue in the Eb810v. Will be swapping for a new set next Tuesday and see if it improved.

Another issue with the eb810v, I'm not able to send out messages in Carousel platform. No issue with 5G and on the other 3 routers.

So the inherent issue of the eb810v is a grave concern.

Does anyone experience similar issue?

@Dtpw Starhub services just came to replace the 810v router.

The no data connection still persists on my Oppo X5 phone but the tech guy using iPhone got no issue.

I think there's a compatibility issue with android devices

Last resort is to disable the wifi and get a reliable router to connect to the 810v vis one of the output port.

Guess that's the easiest resolution but at our expense. Abit of a sour note but life goes on.

Regards.

Hi ,

I am also facing the issue and I got a replacement from TP Link but issue still persist.
Are you meshing BE810V with another device?

I have been using TP Link products for more than 15 years and this is the worst that I ever have.

Those that still on the fence, you may want to avoid. I have a BE550 Pro and it is cheap and stable.

  @Haywire-SG

Still persists but I gave up on it already.

Will not mesh the 810v with any router.

Only using the wired PAN to port to other routers for wifi usage.

Won't waste time on it.
