TP-Link Archer AX55 keeps crashing?
Hey everyone! Since I got the router it keeps disconnecting randomly every 6-20 hours.
I never had any similar issue with the internet connection that powers the router before and what makes it strange is that whenever that happens the web portal shows this error "operation failed"
I just need to reboot it and it's completely gone.
It looks like the router is someone crashing? I've tried a reset as well as changing the AP/ROUTER mode but it doesn't seem to be helping.
I've looked at the logs but it seems like they are erased upon reboot?
Any idea what I'm missing? Thanks guys!!

@Kevin_Z Removing the devices from easymesh fixed the crashes but it's not ideal. I hope there is a fix soon.

Thank you very much for the update.
I will remind the support engineers to help provide a solution. They will follow it up via email.

I would like to add I am experiencing the same thing with my AX55.
It crashes and all the lights go off and it loses internet connection. There is still wifi signal but there is no internet.
Internet eventually comes back on but the lights stay off for a long time, maybe a few hours, before turning back on.
I only started experiencing this when I connected a new pair of Powerline Adapters. I already have a pair of powerlines and a range extender and never experienced problems until I added to the powerline network... Which is bizarre.
Has there been any progress to fixing this problem?

Hi. I have exactly same problem with AX55 v.1.0. Sometimes crash and only manual off/on helps. After crash devices are connected to the WiFi but no internet connection and I can't login to router web.

I can now confirm it is crashing daily now, and given there are multiple people with the same problem. This needs to be fixed.

I never got a fix from support
I remember that I escalated your case to our support engineers, who sent you a beta firmware for the AX55 v1, but we haven't received a response.
Could you please check your email and try the beta firmware? The case ID is TKID241052812.

Could you please provide a detailed network layout and the model numbers of the powerline adapters and range extenders in the network? Thank you.
If you temporarily remove the new pair of powerline adapters, will the network still work?

Could you please also provide a detailed network layout and the model numbers of the powerline adapters or range extenders (if there are any) in the network? Thank you.
How often does the crash occur? Are there any specific activities that seem to trigger it?
