tapo camera keeps going offline.

It happend multiple time even though other device working fine and wifi network coverage also good. 

Every time resetting device stuck. Its bad.

Want a permant solution to get rid off this problem.

Could you please clarify the specific situation in which your camera is offline? Is it due to a cloud disconnection, a Wi-Fi outage, or is it just showing as offline in the app?

 

What is the LED status of the device when the issue occurs?

it just showing as offline in the app. LED status  was red.

but wifi working fine other application i checked. and also network coverage was also fine.

In App it was showing as offline.

Is it solid red or blinking red? Blinking red slowly indicates the camera is connecting to wifi, in other words, it has disconnected from WiFi.

 

If that's the case, try to move the camera closer to the router. Check camera's network signal when it is online. You can refer to the Case 1 Can’t view or control the camera in the local network in the FAQ I provided earlier, which contains troubleshooting suggestions for this situation.
