Model: Archer VR300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 0.8.0 v009c.0 Build 200706 Rel.75268n

I've been experiencing a repetitive issue with my router where both the ADSL and Internet LEDs are on, but there's no internet access on my devices. However, after restarting the router, the connection works again. Checking the system logs, I keep seeing a PPP1 Timeout waiting for PADO packets error.What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it permanently?

  @OmarGoGT

Hi,

Will all wired and wireless devices have no internet when the issue happens?

Please login to the webpage and change the DNS settings on the router.

Besides, please also check if there is any firmware update.

If the issue still exists after tried the suggestions above, please contact the local support for further help.

  @Sunshine

I have checked the TP-Link, the firmware is up to date. Also, I have changed the DNS to the cloudflare one but nothing changed.
