I've been trying to login to the routers for hours. I've gone through the reset proceedure here and it STILL won;t work. I need the info to replace the routers, but I can't get it if I can't login. This is REALLY frustrating.

Some information needed for warranty could be found on the bottom product label, such as number number, hardware version, and SN number.
