WPA4220 Powerline keeps on rebooting
Hi there,
I've just bought 2 Repeaters to extend an existing network I have at home.
Connected them to the network, everything works fine. Wifi is on with good connection.
After few seconds, the ethernet light turns on, then all lights go off and the system reboots on its own.
The same issue happened with both equipments.
I've tried to reset both, same issue.
Shall I return both or is there a fix?
Cheers
Cyrille

Hi
It is recommended that you use different wall sockets for both extenders.
If the problem still occurs, it is recommended that you contact the retailer for replacement first.

The repeaters have been plugged on different sockets.
So this did not work.
Cheers

Hello, I have a AV600 TL-WPA4220 TKIT purchased in 2022 everything works perfectly until now. I have bought more 3 in July this year. I’ve realized that the new ones have the same rebooting problem with Starlink however the old ones no.
After I’ve upgraded the firmware of the older ones, now the problem is in all of them, always rebooting like you described.
So I believe the problem is related to the new version of the firmware and it's compatibility with some routers.
but unfortunately we can't downgrade. Or we can... ?
