Model: Deco X50  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.1

App shows 0 clients connected.   Yet the device on which this screenshot was taken was connected to the network, and clearly traffic tallies are rather high for no clients connected.  There are actually 49 clients connected when this screenshot was taken.

 

Deco themselves appear to work well, I just can't see what is going on and I can no longer configure anything.  

 

Deco's reboot automatically weekly early Thursday mornings.  

 

App is ver. 3.7.83, running on Samsung Galaxy S22 Android.

 

I am logged in as the system owner.

 

Pls help..   thanks.

Updated firmware 1.5.5 installed today, and so far all looks well.  Thanks.   Will let you know if this or any other issue arises.

  @Nertz56 Hi,  I was experiencing this and solved it (for now anyway). It happened when I had to change my modem/router. My Deco mesh network started working again without much issue, but it showed 0 clients even though there were over 35 connected. I did a gazillion resets and reboots and updates etc. without success. Then...

 

**Solution (for me)**: In the app, I went to More --> System --> Client Identification --> I switched this on. Temporarily only! This sends additional information about clients to third-party services so that the system can identify them more easily. I didn't love that idea. But when I switched it on, all the clients re-appeared. Then I switched this setting back off and the problem hasn't returned. Now the system is still working, with clients showing like they did before.

 

Hope everyone else can figure something out too!
