Client list in Deco App and Web show 0 clients
the Deco Apps both on my iPhone, my partner's iPhone and the Deco website (192.168.0.1) show 0 connected clients most of the times I check, sometimes the clients appear normally (other times it already starts at 0) when opening the app and after a bit (10 seconds, 2 minutes, never lasts much) they disappear and go to 0, once it shows 0 clients it won't show clients ever until (maybe, if I'm lucky) I open the app again after fully closing it.

Did you update firmware to latest version? Did you try different phones to log in the router and check client list status?
Please tell me what troubleshooting have you done?
