Hi everyone, my AX55 Homeshield function cannot be opened in the Router Web Interface. It is always loading and other buttons cannot be clicked. If I use Tether App, I can use this function. Why is this? Does anyone have a solution? I have tried to reset the Router.
I upgraded the router to the latest firmware right after I got it so I can't be sure if the original version has this problem...

Below is the normal page showing Homeshield, which have a brief introduction about Homeshield and guide us to set up via Tether APP.
Can you try to take factory reset the router and log into Web UI to check again? (No need to configure the router.)
@Marvin_S Hi tq for your reply, I think this is abnormal. If the web version cannot be used, why design a button? However, when clicks this button, it just keeps loading and nothing happens?
I have tried using different devices, Reset the Router and the problem is still the same
