Hi there!

I bought an Archer AX55 Pro router. I connected the router to the ISP via PPPoE and have internet through the Ethernet ports. However, I don't have internet through the router's antennas; the message on my Android phone is "Connected to device. Can't provide internet." (but still I have through ethernet ports) I should mention that I have two other AC1200 routers connected via cable to this router, and I have internet through their Wi-Fi. I believe there might be a firmware issue with the Archer AX55 Pro. In the pictures, I named the Archer AX55 Pro as Tenda_2.4G to avoid having to reconnect all the devices in the house to the new router.

Hi, welcome to our community.

Are your AC1200 routers your old Tenda routers?

If all LEDs are green, it is suggested to change SSID of Archer AX55 Pro to different one from Tenda_2.4G, then connect your devices to the new SSID to check again.

Thank you for your advice!  

 

I updated the SSID as it was identical to one of my range extenders. I believe the issue stemmed from the conflict between them. Now, everything is working as it should be!
