TL-PA551 does not wake up once it went to power safing mode
Hello tp-link community,
The device goes into energy-saving mode after connected network devices are ideling since a while, but does not wake up afterwards, anymore.
Disabling the energy saving mode within the TP link tool does not work, I receive an error message that the attempt failed.
Only workaround is to unplug and plug back in the PA, which works with the drawback of un-powering everything which is connected, as well as this is working until the network is idling again, only.
In this community, the problem was described already:

post #6 is describing a solution with an alternative firmware (tpPLC_Uitility_2.3.4543.9_220620).
I'd like to try this.
So far, I have contacted the TP support. Following their instructions (updating TP link software to the newest version, factory-resetting the TP) did not help.
Further support attempts (turning off and on the WLAN of the TP) were not applicable, questions being asked (where an when did I buy the TP) had the intention to inform me about the warranty. My specific request of providing the alternative firmware was declined.
As I do not have any warranty anymore, anyhow, and it seemed to work for the user in the linked community thread: May I ask the community if the firmware is available and can be provided to me?
thanks a lot & br,
