Model: Deco X50-Outdoor

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: Latest

My setup:

Tp-link deco BE65

Tp-link poe380s

Tp-link x50 outdoor

All decos are connect wired

I've connected the x50 with utp (poe) . Both green lights are on from the poe380s (pwr and poe).

Most of the times my x50 is offline and when it's online it connects wireless with the other decos , instead of wired. What am i doing wrong?

Solved the problem:

Bad wiring.

Hi,

May I know your network topology?

Please also connect the Deco X50-Outdoor directly to the other Deco units without the switch and check if it can connect stably and show Ethernet backhaul.
