I have set the factory settings, the problem persists

it doesn't matter if it's wired or wireless. I can't see the connected devices. There is no information at all.

3 wireless, 1 wired connection is known. There is no one on the list, I can't see who they are.

Did yoy try to log into the Web UI on another device/client? And was it the same issue?

@Marvin_S yes, I have logged in to the interface on more than one device. The situation is the same

I installed the factory setting, there were no changes. I downloaded the firmware file from the support page, made a local update, the problem persists.

I bought the product recently, the warranty continues. I decided to send it to the service. I'm thinking of sending it as soon as possible.

Hi, thanks for your update. The issue is quite strange.

If you have tried different clients (phones or computers) and different web browsers, it is suggested to contact local support or retailer to get a replacement.

If it is the same issue after replacement, our senior support will take further analysis.
