"Dsl disabled"
Hello I wanted to connect to the vdsl internet, but the connect option was disabled for me and it said "dsl disabled" in the status section, and I called the ISP and they said the problem is not from our side. what do I do?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
Did you use wireless router mode before? If so, please take factory reset on Archer VR400 and reconfigure it, as it is a DSL modem router and its default working mode should be DSL modem router.

I didn't use wireless router mode before, and I factory reset my modem and configured it again, but the same problem still exists.

Can you share the screenshot page to show the error message?
When did you purchase Archer VR400? Did it work poperly before?
Is the DSL LED on? It is suggested to follow this guide to troubleshoot.

I bought the Archer VR400 modem on June 23, 2022.
It used to work on vdsl mode, but this happened recently.
The DSL LED on the modem is also on, but the Internet LED is off on vdsl mode.
I followed the guide from the link you sent, but my problem was not solved.

Have you tried restarting the router or performing a factory reset? Sometimes that can resolve connectivity halloween squishmallows issues. Also, check if the DSL cable is properly connected and not damaged.
