Hi,

My DSL won't initialize (VDSL). My ISP visited and checked that the line is working correctly.

Hello, what's the light status on the modem? You may refer to the instruction below to do some troubleshooting.

After that, if the DSL light still off or blinking, you can contact the retailer where you purchased it or contact the local Technical Support to check the warranty.
