Can I connect an Ethernet cable cate5 to a Deco
Can I connect an Ethernet cable cate5 to a Deco x60 without
ISP service to the main deco router ?
I intend to connect to the network and connect to it devices that will work on the 2.4 network only, external connections between units is appropriate, can a wired connection help with the load? I connect a cable between the units and I still see a wireless connection between them..
Need help to configure this
In addition, sometimes after 50 minutes of work, there are disruptions and there is no reception of devices, really severe disruptions. They appear and disappear, I can't control them. I am in an open area.

If you have a main Deco and a satellite Deco in the same mesh, you can certainly use an Ethernet cable to directly connect the main Deco and the satellite Deco.

@Guyldr Could you not test in AP mode?
I suspect that, in Router mode, the main Deco attempts to determine where (on which Ethernet port) is the connection to Internet. It might be waiting to determine that before using the other Ethernet ports to connect to other Decos.

Hi
We do not recommend you use Deco in this manner. Deco might function for a brief period of time if its front end is not connected to an ISP or modem. However, in the long run, Deco APP management may regularly face issues such as being unable to find Deco.
The WAN/LAN adaption of the main Deco will frequently do WAN detection on the two Ethernet ports if it is not connected to an ISP service. As a result, both Ethernet ports will be used as possible WAN ports. Ethernet Backhaul between the main Deco and satellite Deco is currently difficult to achieve.
