Internet keeps dropping out when kids get home from school
Hi,
Can someone give me some advice on the following issue please!
We have following setup.
Every time the kids get home from school and turn on the TV to either watch Netflix or use their devices the Deco unit in the sleeepout (which I use for my home office) drops off the network. The lights turn red on the Deco unit and it is very difficult to get it to connect again.
Any advice would be super helpful!

Your Satellite Deco (Sleepout) is too far fom Main Deco, it can't establish good WiFi link to Main Deco.
You should move Satellite Deco closer to Main Deco. In Deco app, open Satellite Deco page and check signal strength, example:
Keep moving Satellite Deco closer and closer to Main Deco, until Signal becomes Fair, Medium or Strong.
Also, make sure "Connected to:" shows both WiFi bands, just like on my screenshot: (2.4GHz/5GHz). If only one band is shown, your Satellite Deco might either be extremely far from Main Deco or experiencing hardware issue.
