Accessing X20 when not at home

When I'm outside of my house and using my mobile 5G network how is it possible that I can still access my mesh network? I get notifications, I can test speeds etc.
How is it possible?

Hi, one of the key features of the Deco Mesh system is its remote control. Users are able to control the Deco Mesh network remotely via Deco APP only through TP-link Cloud Service.
