Hi,

Could you please post a screenshot of where exactly you are seeing "xxx.xxx.10.x" ?

Normally it should be possible to modify IP addresses manually, without the need of a reset.

@woozle Sir, I configured it before. It was working fine. but I have changed my fibre modem when I try to connect the tp-link router to the modem. it is supposed to boot up and there should be solid leads. but in my case, it is booting continuously meaning (slow blinding). I mean it is not booting and there is no wifi from it so I cannot able to connect to it at all, I tried to connect through the ethernet cable, still it is not detecting.

Does the Archer AX3000 boot normal when the modem is not connected to it?

If yes, then log into the Archer AX3000 without the modem connected to change the IP address or perform a reset (Advanced -> System -> Backup & Restore -> Factory Default Restore).

@woozle No, it is not booting normally, it all leads slow blinking forever, so there is no WIFI signal from it or not detecting through the Ethernet cable. so there is no way to connect to it to configure.

If the router is not booting, even with no Ethernet cables connected, then a reset will not work.

Is "Archer AX3000 V1" the precise model number of your router or is it perhaps an "Archer AX55" or another AX3000-class model?

If it was an Archer AX55 or Archer AX53, then you could try whether a firmware recovery might work.

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1482/

All LEDs continuously turning on and off could also point to a problem with the router's power adapter.
