Did you verify the model number and version of your router with the label on the underside of the unit? The firmware version at the top of your post doesn't look right unless it is a special firmware for the Archer AX1500 from an ISP
From which Tp-Link site did you download the new firmware. I checked the worldwide and several EU sites and I didn't see the firmware you downloaded.
One last thing... Did you forget to unzip the downloaded firmware before attempting to upload it to the router?

Hi,
Check again what is printed on your router's label, like jra11500 suggested.
I think you router might be the model "EX220-G2u", but not "Archer AX1500".

It looks like you have done everything correctly. There is newer firmware on the global site and here is the link. If the latest firmware also fails to load, you should contact your local Tp-Link support representative.

Yes I check the label my model is EX220-G2u,
Now my question is. Can I use it as wifi range extender (not wired). I know by default its not there, but after any firmware update is it possible?
Thanks.

Hi, as EX220-G2u is a customized model for ISPs only. The firmware release is not decided by TP-Link.
