Hi! I have an TL-PA8030P Powerline v1, but by mistake I upgraded using a firmware v3 twice. The utility tpPLC in both tried show me the message "and error ocurred during upgrade", finally I realised of the error and used the correct firmware (v1).

PLC worked very fine for a while, but after some minutes the lights simply turn off and they never lit up again.

Is there any way to recover de Powerline?

Hi,

You mean after the TL-PA8030P turned its light off they do not turn on again, even if you unplug the TL-PA8030P and then plug it in again?

Anyway, have you already tested if a reset may help?

From the users manual of the TL-PA8030P:

"5.2 Reset

To reset the powerline adapter：

Press and hold the Pair button for more than 15 seconds, and then release the button. You will see all LEDs go off momentarily, and then begin to flash. When the Power LED turn solid, the reset process is completed.

Be careful, don’t power off the powerline adapter when it is in reset process."
