Hi, I need to change / add a password to this device, but dont have a smartphone and the 192.168.0.254 address does not work. Any help appreciated.

Hi, May I know the model number of your range extender?

Is the laptop connected to the WiFi of the extender when trying to access the web interface?

If yes, it is also suggested to access the web UI via http://tplinkrepeater.net.
