Access point download speed it lot lesser than main router

I have 3 routers. Archer C5 and 2 Archer C6.
Archer C5 is the main router. Which is connected to 2 Archer C6 routers. Archer C5 has a network speed of 400 MBPS on a 5 GHZ network. and 200MBPS on a 2 GHZ network. Where as my access points are working at 100 MBPS at certain times because of my switch capacity is 100mbps. But in few cases, my network speed drops to 1 MBPS through these Archer C6 routers. is there any network config change i have to make?
My network speed is constant to Archer C5 router, and before i switch to Archer C6 routers also, my network speed was always constant. Only with Archer C6 network works at 100 MBPS or drops to 1 MBPS. How do i resolve this?
Check you C6s ethernet port negotiated speed when they are connected via switch and directly to C5:
When C6s connected via switch the ethernet ports should show 100mbps (in case your switch is only 100mbps capable).
When C6s connected directly to C5 the ethernet ports should show 1000mbps.
Double check your C6 configuration in AP mode - details (Case 1).
